Simon Ngoepe - The most helpful person- He made me feel safe in a crisis and was very patient
Simon Ngoepe, was so helpful today! He was kind and patient with me after my car accident. He made sure that I was emotionally ok and physically ok. He made me feel very safe, keeping me up to date for when I would be expecting the tow truck, assistance getting home. He also told me the whole process for the claim process, in a way I can actually understand.
