Simon Ngoepe - Discovery Insure
Excellent service from Simon Ngoepe today! I had issues with my car and was stuck on the side of the road. I called Discovery Insure and was immediately assisted by Simon. He handled my Claim immediately. My car was towed within the hour and taken to the dealership.
Simon did follow up calls MORE than once to query if I am still okay and if I was still being assisted correctly and happy with the towing of my vehicle.
I am truly amazed with the friendly and Prompt service I have received from Simon at Discovery insure!
Good work Simon my man Keep it up!!!
