Simon from Discovery Drive Center rude on the phone

I got a call from a lady who was pushy and as a result i said its fine she can schedule an appointment for my sensor to be changed in the cbd. I was reluctant and asked if i can do it anywhere and she said no so the date came and I couldn’t go. A guy called Simon called me, didn’t even green but just said “is this ***”? Then proceeded to say “ you missed your appointment “ in an irritated tone. No Discovery , your Consultant was rude and i was mislead cause the same service i can do at Tiger wheel, 2 min from my house. Do not appreciate attitude from your staff. He called from ‭+27 (10) ***‬
