Silver lining behind the cloud
I became a crime statistic with the theft of a vehicle, but Discovery Insure, particularly the loss consultant, Sandisiwe Toko, made the claiming process smooth and efficient, explaining everything clearly and being particularly empathetic. Definitely the silver lining to the cloud experience.
