Sies to Discovery insure

This is the third time I complain about discovery insure in the last 3 weeks. I reported that their client crashed into our car on 14th Feb, we submitted a 3rd party claim and a Mr Thabiso twala has been tasked with settling our claim. It is now April 11th,our car is still damaged, there is NO COMMUNICATION from Discovery, I call, I email and I've received no word.

How long does it take to fix our damn car, all the quotations aren't even valid anymore...

Let me just take this up legally and report to the ombudsman as well... This is sickening behaviour! I'm willing to bet that their client has been made whole, I now have to drive a damaged car🤬
