SICKENING SILENCE FROM DISCOVERY INSURE

Last year August we had an accident where one of our vehicles damaged our neigbours wall. My neighbours do not live in the property . I called them immediately to let them know what happened and apologized and said that my insurer were given the details of the accident .

This happened in 2024. I just happened to follow up with them and just assumed that Discoery has finalised this issue with them. I was absolutely shocked to find out that not only were they not compensated for the damage but after several calls/emails with discovery they are still to get feedback.

How **********. Imagine . They did not cause this accident. They did not ask for it and this is how Discovery deals with it. August of 2024 and still nothing.

I then emailed them last week and have received the same silence. ***;***;***

They have my neighbours email address and contact numbers but choose not to communicate. Who does that

No acknowledgement . NOTHING.

This is what our premiums gives us. ZERO SERVICE!!!!!
