SHOUT OUT TO REFILWE MANOKO OF DISCOVERY INSURE
Refilwe Manoko from the Retentions gets a huge vote of thanks from me. I have been battling to get through to one of Discovery depts and this young lady happened to pick up my call - as it turned out i was in the wrong dept BUT she very patiently listened to my 'story' and then helped me and confirmed details i was requesting and then actually managed to find and send me my policy. This was definitely not within her particular job area, but she did this all with a very polite, friendly and very helpful manner. She is definitely a credit to the Discovery brand.
