Shout out to Ganyane Metsing

I joined Discovery Insure in May and was unable to register and be rewarded with Drive Goals Rewards in the Discovery App. As a result of my frustration following the channels set out to resolve the issue with the Discovery App to monitor and achieve my Drive Goals and receive my Rewards which was not forthcoming I eventually emailed Discovery Insure CEO who handed me over to Ganyane Metsing, Discovery Insure's Executive Relationship Manager who followed through with my query and ensured my request has been met. It has been quite a while and a process not many will endure but the benefits Discovery offers is worth it. Hope Discovery follows through improving their APPs and making it easier for all clients to get started on their journey with their Discovery products. Still having endless issues with their cashback rewards though, probably need to email the other CEO.
