Shout and Insult a Customer

I have called Discovery Insure 3 times now about the advanced driving courses being unavailable anywhere other than Gauteng. I then tabled this three times on Facebook. <br> <br> Today I had a call from Sekgobola Thobakgale - that's how he related the spelling of his name.<br> <br> First he says that BMW do offer driving courses in Cape Town. Discovery's website clearly says Gauteng only.<br> <br> Yes BMW Cape Town do offer courses, as do other companies, but the Discovery Insure website page does not offer a Cape Town option... Last time I asked it had to be an organisation they have an arrangement with and my doing a course outside of Gauteng was not valid - as per the previous person I spoke with at Discovery.<br> <br> Today - this fellow. The most rude and offensive person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He was shouting me down and refused to pass me on to his supervisor! He was not interested in answering my question about why he says BMW Cape Town are an option when the website clearly offers two options for Gauteng only!<br> <br> If he worked for my company he would have been fired for talking to a client as he did! What you doing about this Discovery??
