SHORT TERM INSURANCE MOST PATHETIC!

Appointment were stated for DQ- that after 23 April 2018 they will remove the system by the time it will suite us after after hours as they stipulate as follow: "Please make an appointment to remove the DQ-Track device from this vehicle no later than 05/04/2018 to avoid penalties." It is already the 7th of August 2018 and now they respond to remove the system almost 3 and a half months later. the most pathetic service ever, how will they ever be able to handle claims. The best option dont even think about taking out short term insurance neither Life Insurance as this is a sing of weakness and your family will stuggle with DISCOVERY! I think it is time to move with Medical Aid and Annuity!
