Short payment of claim

My spare wheel got ******. This was reported to Discovery and I had an assessment done. The assessors report quoted an amount of 950 for a replacement spare tyre where the actual cost is circa 2800 (at TWT). After querying this the assessor revised their report to reflect the correct amount. Discovery in the mean time paid me the lower amount and to date aren't interested in paying the balance (1800 odd).<br> <br> Its been a painful experience but one that has potentially shown the company's true colours. I'm at the point where I feel I should move all insurances from Discovery. But will Discovery even care. Very disappointing.
