Shoni - Worst Retention Agent to deal with - Stay Away

In my life have I never received such horrid service from the retention agent (Shoni) - you sir need to get another proffesion @Discovery get yourself a new agent before this gentlemen ruins your reputation. You are a liability and dishoner to the name of discovery insure! Next time maybe don't put the phone down whilst a client is talking to you.

Fair warning to all clientele out there, if this person answer the phone ask to be transfered immediately, you will spare yourself a lot of frustration.
