Shoddy service - but they want your business!!!!

On the 27th September I requested a quote or someone to call me regarding Building insurance. On Friday 30th I rep**** to the auto response asking why no one has called me and was allocated another reference. Over the weekend I then completed a PLEASE CALL BACK form on the website. Today 6th October I still have not had anyone contact me from Discovery Insure.

I have answered both calls and can hear you, but you cannot hear me, so I assume there is a problem with your phones.
