Shockingly poor Service

The service from your claims department is shockingly poor. I called numerous times this morning and was on hold for 50 minutes collectively. All without getting to whomever I was holding on for. When calling your sales department however I was able to speak to someone within 30 seconds. Why this obscene contrast in service? Your website offers numerous contacts and resources for generating sales but none for escalation of problems.
