Shocking service from Discovery insure

I have had the unfortunate experience of having my car ****** and had to deal with Discovery insure to claim for this. The service that I received was so horrible that I wish no one ever have to deal with this. One lie after the other, delays with no explanation. No updates on the online platform for the claim. Message after message that no-one returns. Being told managers are not available to talk to me and will call me back, never calling back. Not knowing what is going on and other agents can`t assist is not only frustrating but infuriating. Such a disappointment to find out that you as a loyal customer being treated with no respect and there is no courtesy. They have just made this traumatizing experience so much worst.
