SHOCKING SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY INSURE!!!
In Oct 2014, I received a competitive quote from another Insurer. I sent this to Discovery to question why my current rate is so high. The response was that they will reduce my premium by +/- R 180 (still not even close to the competitors quote). I was not getting any responses from Discovery so the new rate was app****. In Dec 2014 i received my annual letter and my premium was reverted back to what it was prior to the reduction. WHAT\S THE POINT OF A REDUCTION FOR 2MTHS??? I then queried this via email on 13th Oct and guess what
