Shocking service from Discovery!
What a shocker to do business with Discovery insure!! I lodged a third party claim with them and had to deal with Themba Mkhabela. I have never come across such rude call centre people. he talks over me when I speak and when I tell him I am busy speaking, he just continues. I am shocked by the level of service in Discovery. They will never get any business from me!!
