Shocking Service as usual - Claims

It has been 3 weeks since I submitted a claim with Discovery (through my Broker). And I was promised on the 20th of December that my Money R15000 will be paid in my account within 48 hours. It is the 30th and NO money has been paid. This is the 2nd time I claim with Discovery and the 2nd time they handle a claim like amateurs. Definitely moving my insurance in the new year. Sad that I have my medical aid, credit card etc. with them. If you cannot deliver on insurance when you need them the most "when you claim" rather stick with what you know: Medical aid.
