Shocking service and communication skills

Two weeks now since my accident and still no feedback from Discovery as to what is going on. I spoke to Zanele Solani "Claims Consultant" for the first time yesterday and she was of no help. Asked to speak to her supervisor Ntekane who assured me she would look into the claim and agreed it was taking too long, and that she would follow up and give me feedback by the end of the day... As at now, no feedback, nothing!!!!

15 days since the accident and no quote for repairs??????
