Shocking service

I've always had excellent service from Discovery until now. My laptop was damaged and they assigned a service agent to attend to it. This service agent has extremely low ratings.

I received my laptop in a worst condition than when it was collected. It was established that a part was replaced that was working in perfect condition and should never have been replaced. It was also made clear that this service provider cannot be trusted as a reliable company.

As a teacher I really need a laptop that works flawlessly. It is now almost two weeks since the registration of this claim.

I'm afraid that future claims will be dealt with in a similar manner and therefor I cannot trust this company any longer.
