Shocking service

Bad service rendered by discovery car insurance The claim was lodged on the 22 th of April 2021. They said the assesment of the car will take 2 to 3 days and I am still waiting to hear from discovery. I had to call the panelbeater myself to find out that my car has been assessed but I am still waiting to hear from discovery about what is happening. The claim assistant is not answering his no and the rest of the discovery staff doesn't seem to care.
