Shocking Service

This review is relevant to my 3rd party claim. I was knocked off of my motorcycle and lodged a claim for the damages received to my bike, not medical attention although it was needed. I got a response saying it would be handled within 2-3 days, then a week later a follow-up mail was sent, again the same response, further follow-ups and I was told I would need a claim number from the guy who hit me, I did this and again another 2-3 day wait... nothing. I sent continuous emails as there are no numbers or even a name on the correspondence to give me a clue how to follow up further and still nothing. I am out of pocket R5000 and this company couldn't care less.
