SHOCKING SERVICE

With many weeks passing by, emails, WhatsApp's to 3 Brokers in the Durban offices, I am simply ignored and absolute ***ards. You want my business and yet when I need something and request for help, its like looking for a needle in a haystack. I never expected such POOR service from these 3 individuals and they left me no option but to resort to Hello Peter as well as attempting to address several emails to others who IGNORE ME. I am hoping someone in a SENIOR Management position will address this with me soonest.
