Shocking service!

Horrible experience. Continuously have to follow up on claim. Agent Aurelia/Noncanyiso Ngcobo is the worst to deal with. No reply to email. After claim was eventually settled, nobody was sent to collect old TV as promised. 3 emails in a week with not even 1 reply. Absolutely shocking service and customer experince. Hopefully you get assigned to a different agent.
