Shocking response to third party claim

I would like to express my disappointment with the recent interaction I had with Discovery Insure. I submitted a third party claim for R25,000 damage caused by a Discovery Insure client who opened their car door against my car and dented my front passenger door. I had to follow up on numerous occasions and then 7 weeks later I receive an email stating that my claim had been rejected as they were of the opinion that the incident was as a result of a \superior force"also known as an Act of God and that the circumstance were outside of their client's control and therefore she can't be held liable for this incident.
