Shocking, non existant service + false advertising

We signed up with Discovery insure (home/household & car) 6 months ago.

To date we still have had no confirmation of cover or policy details/documentation supp**** to us and have had no other correspondence from Discovery in this regard since. (And this after being called numerously each day over a period of 2 weeks to get the policy contract)

The rewards that drew us in the first place, are unrealistic and unobtainable. (E.g. There is a huge difference between good driving and safe driving - even if you drive at 5kms an hour and suddenly brake for a taxi/pedestrian/dog that decides to suddenly be in your path (which is often on our SA roads), you are deemed as harsh braking and loose all your points accumulated and thus no reward?!)

Upon now cancelling the policy - we sent emails (written confirmation) but after receiving no response/reply to the email addresses that we received the quote from (and are web site listed), we called in to enquire about cancellation email receipt and actually got told that we weren't using the system properly????? What system????????????

Bitterly disappointed and wont recommend Discovery insure to anyone!
