Shocking increases!!!

Hi everyone, please be very careful when signing up with Discovery Insure, they start you off with an excellent rate & give you generally good service for the 1st year, then comes your annual increase, without any notification they upped my premiums by a whopping R800 extra per month, this came as a real shocker!!!, what Discovery failed to realize is that I would have been a loyal customer if they would have communicated the increase & discussed this with me, so I had no choice but to cancel my policy, but I'm glad I did, as I got an even better rate from another insurer & saving much more, just my experience guys, take note
