Shocking experience with discovery

I had a call from Discovery Sales for comprehensive car insurance.

The lady had me on the phone for 15 minutes if not more and sweet talked me into getting a quote for insurance seeing that I recently got a quote.

After running through various information, she asked me about my husband's vehicle and whether it is used for business or personal use. He is using it for both, and whe asked whether it is branded. We are in the process of getting stickers and after wasting my time she said they don't cover cars that are branded as it falls under commercial use and she cut the conversation short and said goodbye en cut me off before I could say or ask anything. This is absolutely shocking. I am in the process of finalising my medicals for life insurance at discovery but at this point I feel like they can keep their insurance to themselves.
