Shocking Discovery Insure.

Absolutely shocking. To this day my issue has not been resolved. I made the mistake of changing from Outsurance to Discovery Insure. 1st they advised they would cancel with Outsurance. This was not done and I was being billed by both insurance companies. Trying to get a response from Discovery Insure to fix the error, they still continued to bill me for 4 months. I eventually returned the 5th months debit order and only then did they cancel the policy. They have refunded me for 2 of the 4 months but now trying to find out why on for 2 they have gone silent again. They ***** your money and don't respond to emails or calls. Stay as far away as possible.
