SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY DISCOVERY INSURE

I have been a loyal customer of Discovery with medical aid, life policies, household insurance, motor vehicle insurance for many years. My 12 month old generator stopped working, so I had it serviced, but it continued to give problems and stopped working again. Discovery sent someone out to have a look, told me it is poor maintenance and I should have had it serviced and rejected my claim. I disputed the rejection, provided them proof of the service, have contacted them many times to follow-up, but have not heard a single word. This is about 2-3 months now that I have been waiting, but still not a word from them.
