Shocking Customer Service
<p>I have been "nagging" Discovery Insure to send me a insurance quote for what feels like forever! This is strage because 1) all other customer service I've received from Discovery has been great and 2) I WANT TO GIVE YOU MONEY, why are you taking so long to get back to me??? THEN, I receive a quote. Except is isn't a quote for me. It is 22 PAGES of someone elses insurance details. 22 PAGES of a complete strangers personal information. SENT TO ME! They did not ask my policy number, nor did they ask my ID number, they did not even verify my email address! Besides the fact that I have still not received a quote, I find it absolutely shocking that they are very easily and freely distributing VERY PRIVATE informatino to the wrong person... NO MORE EXCUSES DISCOVERY INSURE!!!!! </p>
Thank you for the time afforded, even those we did not have the best of lines.
I have subsequently attempted to contact you again but there was no answer, and have left a detailed message.
We appreciate the feedback and have requested that the concerns be investigated, as you have correctly noted that we sent you incorrect information as well as have not assisted with a quote.
I apologise for the frustration and/ or delayed service experienced.
