Shocking claims handling

Claim no. ***

Shocking handling of my claim. I had a claim 2/6/2024. I reported the claim and loaded all the quotes and photos. I also told them that they should not phone me as I am out of the country.

I am still waiting for someone from Insure to let me know what is going on with these 3 claims.

I have made contact with Insure via X, I have sent emails to the claim's handler NO REPLY.

I am still waiting for an email.

Hi, I really hope so I've sent messages on X on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week. NO RESPONSE

I've sent mails to Andy Tommy on the 11th, 16th, 19th NO RESPONSE

That is the problem There is 3 claims not 2 Thats why I've sent a mail to Andy to ask him to explain. The quote for the damage floor was R59000 the settlement he has sent is R49000 What happened to my curtain claim as well as the claim to the ceilings and the re paint??

How did they get from R59000 to R49000. I said to him via email that I cannot sign anything if I don't know what I am signing for. NO REPLY

I asked where the claim is for the ceilings and re painting NO REPLY

What happened to the claim for the curtain NO REPLY

I have even sent my no in the USA to contact me NO REPLY
