SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!

The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with!!! on the 20th February my battery died and so they sent a company to tow my car home. When my car was being put down by the bed of the truck it was lowered too quickly and my bumper got damaged. I called Discovery and they said I should send an email to the emergency services. I informed them the same day and they told me they would look into it. today is the 2nd March and my problem still hasnt been resolved, they are telling me they are waiting on feedback from the towing company. I called to get an update, and they said they will follow up again. I then received an email saying I must drive my car to the communicated service provider, might I add with my broken bumper, and they also informed me that if there is further damage to my bumper the insurance wouldn't cover it. I live in Greenstone by the way and they want me to drive my car to Roodepoort with a broken bumper......
