Shocking and *********** service

My daughter had an car accident with some minor damage.

We looked at Discovery Insure's approved panelbeater (AutoMagic Menlyn) listing on the web and took the car in to get a quote. We received a quote for R39,000.

After submitting this to Discovery Insure, chaos and delays insued.

They told is this panelbeater is not approved. They now tell us that they believe it will cost R20,000 to fix and want to pay us R17,000 out and then we must find a panelbeater that will fix it for that price.

In my opinion absolutely terrible service.

I will be on my way to a new insurer very soon.

Outsurance was much better.
