Shocking and appalling call service center at Discovery insure

I am appalled by discovery's call center service. I have tried now for 3 days to get hold of discovery. As soon as an agent answers , the call then cuts within a minute or two. I call again and go through the entire 4 minutes again entering my ID number etc. and again when I get through to an agent, the call cuts again. No one calls back, I am trying to manage my car insurance details and have been unable after 3 days of continuously trying to get hold of discovery. Absolutely frustrated. Will be changing insurance companies!!!
