Shocking

Shocking service received from this insurance company, ********** and never come across such bad service in all my years. I have dealt with other insurance companies on a regular basis but Discovery Insure has got to be one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. They don't even bother returning mails or phone calls! People out their looking for a reliable insurance company, don't bother calling them. Quick to quote you but certainly not quick to sort out a claim. Extremely disappointing... Get your act together Discovery Insure, you give insurance companies a bad name!
