Shocked at bad service

<p>Absolutely shocked at bad service form discovery insure. From waiting over 15min for some one to answer phone, to now where my car has to go in tomorrow and still no confirmation of time or even if courtesey car will be there or not. Best thing i chased discovery insure this morning, MrNhlanhla Joseph Msimango was to busy to take my call by some else could help. they said they would get in done this morning and get back to me. its past 4pm tried calling ********** just engaged. Pathetic service . its like they couldnt care that we have to work. cant take tommroow off but they dont care.hell they cant even reply to email never mind take a call. PATHETIC</p>
