Shocked and Disgusted

<p>After experiencing a home ******* and waiting for 3 weeks for Discovery to get back to me with a decision - they had rejected the whole claim and cancelled my policy. They said I failed to provide previous claims history which I did with my broker. After getting the proof and showing them that the claims history is infact in my policy document - I now have to wait another 30 days for another decision. In meanwhile, I'm unable to get another company to insure me because once you've been rejected, it's almost like you're blacklisted - and nobody will take you on as a client!!! So here I am currently sitting with no insurance, house still empty with ****** items, blacklisted, and all I can do it wait. I don't think these people realise the repercussions of what they do to people's lives. I have supported Discovery for over 20 years - but Discovery Insure gives the whole brand a poor reputation and I regret ever moving to them.</p>
