I honestly cannot remember the last time i ended a call with our claims department HAPPY. Hence the reason for this nomination....Hats off to Shaznay Theron from the claims team, who is apparently new to our Discovery family, and was extremely professional and helpfully throughout our 45 minutes conference calls. A JOB WELL DONE AND PLEASE KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE
