SHARMANIE PILLAY, A GREAT ASSET TO DISCOVERY INSURE

<p>The quality of service recieved from Sharmanie was exceptional.</p> <p>I called in to Discovery insure for a review of my policy payment, however the consultant that i dealt with prior to speaking to Sharmanie was totally *********** to say the least, in fact he was willing to cancel my contract without a blink of the eye, and further said that he could do anything for me.</p> <p>I then posed the question about their retention strategy and he then, after all that nonsense he explained to me and wasting my time, put me through to the retentions department.</p> <p>i then spoke to Sharmanie, who in a matter of less than 5 minutes sorted everything out, including emailing me an amended policy in that space of time. The service recieved from Ms Pillay was truly the best i have received in a long time. She is a great asset to the company! Keep up the great work Sharmanie!</p> <p> </p>
