Shameful claims advisors

I put in a claim last Friday.to date i haven't had 1 call from discovery!i sent Kutlwano and Roberta emails but still no reply!the last time i dealt with Roberta had the same result until i complained on social media.i need to give my client feedback but these *********** advisors have no decency to respond!
