SHAME ON YOU DISCOVERY INSURANCE

never in my life did I think I would have such a rude awakening!!! A wall fell over and squashed two vehicles parked under the shade net carport...horrible experience, but little did i KNOW THAT dISCOVERY WOULD MAKE MY LIFE EVEN MORE HORRIBLE WITH THE CLAIM. Declined the building claim even before sending an assessor?Tried their very best to cheat me with the settlement of the vehicle. Conveniently forgetting that I have been paying for shotfall cover. Also 'fogetting" that I had specified items. If had not read the the settlement of loss, they would be getting away witH NOT paying me. Even after signing the agreement of loss, I had to check their maths, because they paid less than what I had SIGNED FOR.....SUCH A DISGRACE INDEED. I will NEVER recommend Discovery to anybody as long as I live. In fact, I will be cancelling all my products with Discovery as soon as I can.Imagine you pass away and your kids are left with such *****s to take care of them... How can I ever trust you with the big amounts, if you cannot be honeest with the small calims??? Shame on you DISCOVERY
