Shame on Discovery

I had a bumper baching on the highway on the 6th December with my BMW 330i 2005. My vehicle is in outstanding condition with 182000km done over fourteen years. The book value is a mere R101 000.00 and the damage estimated by the Discovery assessor is R71 000.00. Discovery therefore deem my vehicle un-economical to repair. I then requested what will be the economical value be that Discovery will be prepaired to pay as I am willing to pay in the balance. On this request, I was told that I (the registered owner of the vehicle) do not have a say in this matter and that I also do not have an option to buy my vehicle back. Every time I phoned I couls not speak to the lady appointed to my claim. Since the 10th December I have been speaing to everybody and everybody promises that my case will be seen to by a manager, but low and behold without success. Shame on you Discovery for bragging about how excellent your service is, because it is not.
