I spoke to Shamanie Naidoo from Insure retentions regarding a query that has been long outstanding and going back and forth with no definite resolution or call back. I spoke to Shamanie on the 20/11/2023, to say she gave me exceptional service would be an understatement. She was consistent with calling back, with giving feedback. my query was resolved in a day with her taking over my query. exceptional service till the end.
