Shamanie Pillay from the Retentions department

I called the Discovery Insure call centre to cancel my short term insurance and was assisted by Shamanie Pillay from the Retentions department. I have to hand it to her that she did her utmost best to retain my business but failed as I had done my homework. Shamanie knows her product(s) and very impressively knows what competitors are doing in the space as well. I do hope that ALL agents have the same knowledge and cheerful nature that she has. Kudos to you Discovery Insure for having such talent!!
