Shamanie Naidoo, Superstar

I called in to Discovery to cancel my policy and the first two gentlemen I spoke to tried really hard to retain my business and in doing so, left me feeling rather unheard and agitated. I was very frustrated by the time that I called back a 3rd time (the lines kept disconnecting) but this time around I was assisted by Shamanie Naidoo. She was extremely helpful, and actually listened to me! I have had a good journey with Discovery for the past 8+ years but I I feel it's time for a change. If ever I decide to come back though, It will be because of people like Shamanie
