Shamanie Naidoo - Retention's department

When phoning into Discovery to Cancel policy due to a change in circumstance and having a new policy which will fit my future needs, Shamanie tried her utmost to try and find a premium which would match my future needs and went through multiple options to try and assist.

All through the process she was helpful and understanding about my decision, even going as far as to give me advise about how i should go about the cancellation and inception of the new policy so that I would not be inconvenienced and still remain under cover.
