I called in to make changes to my policy, and a very helpful Shamanie Naidoo from the Retentions department was able to adjust my billing and plan in a timeous manner. From the start of the call to finish, she was extremely professional and able to resolve all of my queries. Overall great experience with Discovery Insure.
