Shamanie Naidoo
On 6 September Shamanie Naidoo from the Retentions department assisted me to amend my Plan Schedule from Discovery Insure. She was extremely efficient and friendly and I had my new schedule within minutes. I also received a confirmation letter re this from her personally. I am very happy with the professional service I have received from her. Thank you again Shamanie!
