I had a couple of pricing/billing enquiries that I was stressed about and Shamanie Naidoo from the Retentions department was amazing. She was professional, realised my concern and gave a solution.
Usually when one contacts a call centre one is not happy and by the end of the call there is anger but Shamanie's calmness and thoroughness in resolving my issue quickly and professionally after allowing me to express myself left me even more happy with Discovery Insure.
On one of my queries she said she would call back and within 15mins of my initial query she had not only called me but also had sent an updated policy document.
Shamanie is professional, efficient and has brilliant customer service ethic. She is definitely an asset to the company. Thank you for taking my call and making my day.
